π― WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Joko, we value ownership and impact. Weβre looking for a Campaign Content Manager to join our Campaign & Merchandising team and become the creative force behind our CRM content strategy. This role is perfect for someone who combines creative passion with performance obsession, knows how to craft compelling push and email campaigns that convert, and leverages AI tools to scale impact without compromising quality.
Reporting to Arnaud, Head of Campaign & Merchandising, youβll be responsible for creating engaging CRM content that drives user engagement and business results.
- CRM content creation & optimization: Create compelling push notifications and email campaigns that capture attention and drive action. Develop content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and user engagement goals. Leverage AI tools to streamline content production, test variations, and scale creative output. Continuously optimize messaging based on performance data and user behavior insights.
- Content request & pipeline management: Own the CRM content pipeline (briefing management, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery). Collaborate with the Marketing team, B2B, and other teams to translate business objectives into effective CRM content. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all CRM channels. Scope deliverables based on campaign urgency and performance priorities.
- Performance tracking & data-driven iteration: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR & conversions). Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve content effectiveness. Identify trends and insights to inform content strategy and creative direction. Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Creative production & team coordination: Brief designers with clear, performance-oriented creative directions. Ensure brand consistency while prioritizing conversion and engagement. Maintain content repository and asset management systems (Notion, Airtable, Customer.io [Upgrade to PRO to see link] Stay on top of CRM best practices, AI content tools, and industry trends.
π WHO WEβRE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years experience in CRM/campaign content roles with proven performance results.
- Creative + analytical mindset: you're equally passionate about crafting compelling copy and analyzing performance metrics.
- Fluent French speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
- AI obsession, with hands-on experience using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to scale production and a strong curiosity for testing new tools.
- Mastery of CRM platforms (Braze, Customer.io [Upgrade to PRO to see link] or similar) and content management tools.
- Strong track record of data-driven optimization: A/B testing, performance analysis, and iterative improvement.
- Experience creating push notifications and email campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Bonus: Understanding of e-commerce trends and Gen Z/Millennial communication styles.
- Another bonus: Experience with marketing automation and personalization strategies.

π€ OUR HIRING PROCESS
1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team.
2. Step 1 β Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team youβd join, or colleagues from other teams).
3. Step 2 β Role-specific assessments
- For non-tech roles: Take-home case study followed by a 45 min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to the role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
- For tech roles: Live technical interviews:
- Coding interview + System design interview
- For research internships, an additional round may involve analyzing and presenting a research paper
4. Step 3 β Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder.
5. References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers.
