About the Role
The Marketing Operations Administrator will coordinate and implement a wide range of marketing projects, creating project plans and schedules while driving progress throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves managing internal team members, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate across departments and teams for large campaign management
- →Streamline and clean up Asana Project streams
- →Identify ways to streamline project management on both micro and macro scales
- →Define and evaluate obstacles and plans effective solutions
- →Define the scope and impact of projects and communicate the impact to senior management
- →Develop and revise project deliverables and maintain project documentation
- →Establish project stakeholders, goals, objectives, tasks, timelines, project plans, and budgets
- →Manage Marketing contact data changes based upon campaign efforts
- →Manage project staff, contractors, and vendors toward successful project completion
- →Manage Marketing inbox traffic
- →Provide analytical support for marketing projects
- →Schedule and manage meetings via Outlook
- →Recommend and implement improvements in project deliverables
- →Manage team reporting and support
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience using project management and planning tools
- ✓Experience with Asana, Microsoft Office/Lists/Dynamics 365, Power BI
- ✓High-level of drive, initiative, and proactivity
- ✓Ability to create structure and standardize processes in a dynamic environment
- ✓Highly detail-oriented and willing to learn new systems
- ✓Full English proficiency required
