About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join JumpCloud and drive company growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the US market. This role offers a significant opportunity to directly impact JumpCloud’s strategic growth in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct targeted prospect research to identify new target accounts and contacts within the US market
- →Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through personalized cold calls, emails, and social media messaging
- →Qualify outbound leads using a structured qualification framework
- →Articulate JumpCloud's value proposition to prospects
- →Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for the sales team
- →Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospecting activities
- →Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share insights and optimize strategies
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, preferably in SaaS or technology
- ✓Demonstrated track record of achieving lead generation targets
- ✓Experience selling to or engaging prospects in the US and LATAM markets
- ✓Fluency in both English and Spanish; Portuguese language skills a plus
- ✓Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
- ✓Experience with sales engagement platforms and prospecting tools
- ✓Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong active listening and questioning skills
- ✓Resilience and persistence in a target-driven environment
- ✓High degree of curiosity and passion for continuous learning
- ✓Ability to work independently and as a team player
