About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join JumpCloud's mission to turn complex data into competitive intelligence and automated solutions. This high-impact role involves designing predictive models and machine learning frameworks that power critical business decisions across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end data science projects from research to production deployment
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and technical partners
- →Provide data-driven recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
- →Mentor junior data scientists and analysts
- →Support research roadmap and strategic technical decision-making
- →Stay current with industry trends in AI and MLOps
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning
- ✓Proven track record of deploying impactful models in SaaS industry
- ✓Advanced quantitative and modeling experience (Regression, Clustering, NLP)
- ✓Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and APIs
- ✓Strong predictive modeling and data storytelling skills
- ✓Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- ✓Experience with MLOps and model deployment
- ✓Strong SQL and relational databases knowledge
- ✓Expertise in Python or R for building scalable data products
- ✓Bachelor's degree in quantitative field
