About the Role
Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support complex, API-first products and independently run detailed technical conversations with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead pre-sales technical calls, explaining API, auth model, architecture, integration patterns, lab coverage, device data flows, and compliance posture
- →Handle deep technical questions, bringing in Product or Engineering only when necessary
- →Own onboarding through early integration, partnering with customer engineers to achieve first successful API calls and production launch
- →Troubleshoot edge cases quickly over Slack and live calls
- →Own Junction’s technical collateral, including docs, guides, decks, and segment-specific materials
- →Feed the roadmap by translating recurring blockers and feature gaps into structured input for Product and Engineering
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer on a technical B2B product
- ✓Experience supporting an API-first platform, able to explain authentication, access control, architecture, and integration trade-offs
- ✓Experience independently leading technical pre-sales conversations with both startup and enterprise customers
- ✓Experience selling to engineering-heavy buyers
- ✓Experience being the primary technical contact through evaluation and early integration
- ✓Experience onboarding customers from kickoff through implementation and production launch
- ✓Experience handling security and compliance work, including HIPAA, SOC 2, BAAs
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot integration issues live with customer engineering teams
- ✓Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and collateral used in sales and onboarding
