Open Full-Time Roles (Hybrid - Bangalore/WFH):

1. Ad Ops Executive / Manager – Programmatic (2 Openings)

Mission: Manage programmatic supply or demand side operations. Good Fit: Expertise in SSP, DSP, GAM, or oRTB. Deep programmatic knowledge is required. Note: Performance marketing profiles are not a fit. (1.5+ YOE)

2. Business / Data Analyst (1 Opening)

Mission: Convert raw data into actionable business strategy. Good Fit: Previous knowledge of the AdTech domain is a plus. Strong ability to visualize and interpret data using tools like Excel/Google Sheets and Looker/Metabase. (1.5+ YOE)

3. Business Interns (2 Openings)

Mission: Support core team operations in a fast-paced environment. Future: Excellent opportunity for full-time conversion.
