About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Risk & Insurance team at Justworks. This role involves managing end-to-end projects that impact customers and the organization, driving cross-functional initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end projects for Risk & Insurance, including creating project plans, conducting status meetings, and ensuring successful completion
- →Work with stakeholders to determine processes for internal teams and vendors to execute projects
- →Be the primary point of contact for other teams during projects and keep stakeholders informed
- →Proactively surface risks and propose contingency plans
- →Lead post-mortems to identify improvements and celebrate wins
- →Schedule and lead project team meetings as needed
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of professional experience in project management and/or operations
- ✓Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience in tech/SaaS preferred
- ✓Basic Excel and/or SQL knowledge required
- ✓Experience with Confluence, Jira, and other project management tools
- ✓Agile, CAPM, or PMP certification preferred
