About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join Justworks and play an integral role in our long-term growth and success. This position involves full-cycle recruiting with a focus on building inclusive and equitable practices throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full life-cycle recruiting with accountability for embedding inclusive and equitable practices
- →Lead complex offer negotiations balancing candidate experience with internal equity and budget alignment
- →Identify hiring needs and use data to build a data-driven recruiting strategy
- →Proactively source and screen candidates to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- →Build and execute social media strategy for promoting open roles and highlighting teams
- →Develop strategic external partnerships and industry networks
- →Partner with hiring leaders to design structured interview plans
- →Provide consultative guidance using hiring data and market trends
- →Identify talent-related risks and propose scalable solutions
- →Build trusted partnerships with Business Leaders and People Business Partners
- →Coach hiring managers through the hiring process
- →Facilitate strategic intake sessions and calibration conversations
- →Mentor and support recruiters at all levels
- →Leverage analytics and AI-driven workflows to optimize recruiting efficiency
- →Maintain strong data integrity within the applicant tracking system
- →Lead initiatives related to talent attraction and process improvement
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 6 years experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
- ✓Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and support multiple hiring managers
- ✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs
- ✓Self-starter comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
- ✓Experience supporting Product teams preferred
