In deze rol werk je samen met de HR-manager aan het aantrekken van nieuw talent voor ons moderne distributiecentrum in Lelystad van maar liefst 168.000 m². Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het vinden van de juiste mensen die bijdragen aan de groei van JYSK Nederland.
Daarnaast krijg je volop de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen HR. Afhankelijk van jouw ambities en prestaties kun je op termijn doorgroeien naar de rol van HR Business Partner.
Jouw werkzaamheden
• Verantwoordelijk voor het gehele recruitmentproces: van vacaturepublicatie tot selectie en onboarding.
• Grootschalige werving voor magazijnmedewerkers en andere rollen binnen het distributiecentrum.
• Adviseren van leidinggevenden over wervingsstrategieën en personeelsplanning.
• Organiseren en deelnemen aan carrièrebeurzen en wervingsevenementen.
• Bijdragen aan on- en offline Employer Branding initiatieven, denk aan content maken en campagnes draaien.
• Actief sourcen via verschillende kanalen.
• Meewerken aan onboardingprogramma’s en introductiedagen voor nieuwe collega’s.
