About the Role
We are looking for an engaged individual to reliably manage and develop our logistics IT end-devices. In this position, you will ensure that our IT hardware and systems function smoothly, making a significant contribution to the performance of our distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
- →Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware (scanners, printers, terminals, PCs, CCTV)
- →Ensuring smooth IT operations in a logistics environment
- →Analysis and resolution of hardware and software malfunctions
- →Management of IT inventory, spare parts, and stocks
- →Documentation of installations, configurations, and maintenance work
- →Conducting preventive maintenance and identifying wear
- →Processing tickets and transparent communication with departments
- →Collaboration with internal IT teams and external service providers
Requirements
