About the Role
We are looking for a strong leadership personality to efficiently manage, develop, and create a motivating work environment for our teams in our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational warehouse operations, the performance of our processes, and respectful, effective employee leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Optimize and further develop our warehouse and logistics processes
- →Manage all inbound and outbound processes and monitor external warehouses
- →Analyze KPIs and develop effective measures to increase productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
- →Responsible for the operational budget and economic decisions
- →Develop solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and operational excellence
- →Lead and develop department managers
- →Staffing needs planning and close cooperation with temporary staffing agencies
- →Coaching, motivating, and developing employees
- →Promoting a strong team spirit and active exchange of best practices
- →Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external partners
