About the Role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Analyst to join our team at JYSK. This role focuses on planning, analyzing, and optimizing our prospect, TV, and radio campaigns. You will play a central role in shaping our country-specific marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

→Analyze sales figures, KPIs, and product performance for defined product groups
→Measure campaign successes (Print, TV, Radio) and derive optimization potential
→Participate in pricing and assortment selection for campaigns
→Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities early
→Prepare and communicate relevant insights to stores in the respective country
→Close collaboration with procurement, supply planning, marketing, and sales – you are a sparring partner and impulse generator

Requirements

✓Enthusiasm for numbers, data, and economic relationships
✓Completed business science degree or commercial training with relevant work experience (e.g., Marketing, Controlling, Sales Analytics, Product Management)
✓Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
✓Good English skills for working in an international environment
✓Structured, results-oriented work style and the ability to set clear priorities
✓Team spirit, communication skills, and the joy of independently advancing topics
