Position: AI Lead / Data Scientist Experience: 10+ yrs Location: Bangalore, WFO

Technical Skills • Exp – 10-15 yrs. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in AI/ML, including hands-on LLM and generative AI development. • Mandatory experience with LangChain for orchestration of LLM workflows. • Strong hands-on experience with: o GPT models, Llama models, Mistral, Claude, or similar LLMs o Prompt engineering, agents, chains, memory, retrieval modules o RAG architecture (vector DB + embeddings + LLM) • Proficiency in vector databases: o Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, FAISS • Strong Python skills and ML frameworks: o PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn • Experience deploying ML/LLM workloads on AWS/GCP/Azure. • Strong MLOps experience using: o MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Vertex AI • Experience analyzing unstructured data (documents, text, images) for enterprise AI workflows. • Familiarity with cloud data pipelines, ETL, and secure AI practices.
