Junior Content Specialist at Kaizengaming

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Content Specialist to join Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano. This role involves executing the brand’s content across various online touchpoints and supporting local marketing and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• →Contribute to plan and deliver the onsite editorial calendar on a monthly basis to ensure timely content delivery
• →Provide writing, editing and proofreading services for recurring or ad hoc copy requests
• →Generate on-site promotional content on all relevant fronts of the website & app
• →Work with local and international Marketing, CRM and other teams
• →Coordinate with the HQ Content team to fulfill inbound content-related tasks
• →Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone of voice and style guide
• →Monitor competition
• →Deliver editorial content for Betano Blog and our App Stores pages
• →Act proactively on new ideas on content formats and distribution
• →Support the Social Media team in planning, scheduling and publishing content
• →Assist in the creation and adaptation of content for social media
• →Monitor social media performance and trends
• →Reply to our user's feedback on app stores environment
