About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Product Owner to join our team at Kaizen Labs & Social. This role focuses on building social and community-driven product experiences across our iGaming platforms, aiming to increase user engagement and interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead one Scrum team as the Product Owner
- →Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team
- →Create requirements in the forms of epics and stories
- →Manage the backlog and iteration planning process
- →Lead the planning of product release plans
- →Mitigate impediments impacting release/sprint goals
- →Support the team with Agile/Scrum best practices
- →Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog
- →Explore market opportunities and represent the voice of the customer
- →Champion a culture of experimentation and innovation
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in a technological environment
- ✓Ability to define requirements that address business challenges
- ✓Clear communication across technology and business teams
- ✓Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products is an asset
- ✓Understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is a plus
- ✓Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
- ✓Industry experience is considered a plus
- ✓Excellent English skills
