About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner for the Backend Platforms at Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company operating in 19 markets. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with a product-led mindset to lead the development and integration of solutions such as our Internal Developer Portal (IDP), Developer Intelligence (DevEx) platform, CMS, and Translation Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development and integration of backend platform solutions
- →Apply a hybrid approach—building custom solutions where they add value and implementing best-in-class third-party tools
- →Ensure backend platforms are technically superior and widely adopted
- →Drive the internal rollout of platform tools
- →Align the platform roadmap with diverse stakeholders
- →Define and track KPIs to monitor the success of backend products
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner/Manager
- ✓Solid background in software engineering or systems architecture
- ✓Genuine enthusiasm for building tools for developers
- ✓Strong ability to understand abstract technical concepts
- ✓Proven capability to influence without authority
- ✓Solid knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Exceptional ability to manage internal dependencies
