This is an opportunity to become part of a global, high-performing commercial team focused on securing and growing strategic partnerships with leading operators across the sports betting industry.
You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and helping prospects understand how Kambiβs premium sportsbook solutions can accelerate growth, improve performance, and deliver long-term competitive advantage.
This role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and pre-sales teams, and a clear path for career progression within a market-leading business.
Main Responsibilities
β’ Own and manage new business opportunities across the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation, contract closure, and handover.
β’ Identify, qualify, and progress high-value sales opportunities across regulated and emerging markets.
β’ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management through CRM systems.
β’ Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and growth ambitions, using a consultative sales approach to align Kambiβs solutions to their needs.
β’ Lead responses to RFPs, commercial proposals, and presentations, clearly articulating the value of Kambiβs products, technology, and services.
β’ Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across executive, commercial, operational, and technical functions within prospect organisations.
β’ Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, trading, pre-sales, legal, and marketing teams to shape compelling commercial propositions.
β’ Stay informed on market developments, competitor activity, customer trends, and regulatory changes across the global sports betting landscape.
β’ Represent Kambi at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing development of internal sales processes, best practices, and strategic commercial initiatives.
What Youβll Bring
β’ Previous B2B sales experience with a proven track record of progressing deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
β’ Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
β’ Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer pain points and position tailored solutions.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers including C-level stakeholders.
β’ Strong commercial acumen, numerical ability, and attention to detail.
β’ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively manage opportunities.
β’ Passion for sports and genuine interest in technology and innovation.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborate across global teams.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
β’ Experience within the betting, gaming, sportsbook, or wider iGaming industry would be highly advantageous.
