The Role We are looking for a curious, product-focused, and innovative Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our platform. This is a hands-on senior role in a small, collaborative team where you will combine technical leadership with active development. You’ll build high-quality frontend solutions while helping guide technical decisions, improve development practices, and elevate the team’s engineering standards. Working closely with Product Owners and designers, you will transform ideas into scalable, user-centered solutions and contribute to the long-term evolution of our frontend architecture. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend applications using React and modern development tools • Take ownership of frontend architecture and key technical decisions • Act as a technical sounding board for the team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and designers to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences • Continuously improve performance, maintainability, and developer experience • Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and modernize the frontend stack • Contribute to a team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement AI & Innovation We actively explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance both our product and our development process. Who You Are You are an experienced frontend engineer who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and solving complex problems. You care about building solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and meaningful for users.
