Karbon is looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! As the global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, we're on a mission to empower growth-minded practices worldwide.
What You'll Do: âś…Â Serve as the primary escalation point for complex integration issues âś…Â Troubleshoot API errors, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication challenges âś…Â Guide customers through advanced integration setups across CRM, accounting, and workflow platforms âś…Â Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For: đź› 2+ years in technical/Tier 2 SaaS support đź› Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integration patterns đź› Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable guidance đź› Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
