About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with travel API experience to enhance our content offering for corporate customers at KAYAK. This role involves building and maintaining a world-class slate of travel content by partnering with suppliers and content aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own content strategy and communicate with internal and external collaborators
- →Oversee scoping, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of content integrations
- →Maintain the roadmap of content integrations and upgrades
- →Represent KAYAK to content partners and industry organizations
- →Stay informed on the competitive landscape and supplier capabilities
- →Work with supplier relations team to evaluate and engage potential suppliers
- →Ensure compliance with local regulations for display, processing, and invoicing
- →Coordinate the roll-out of new product features across suppliers
- →Define and prioritize user problems and needs
- →Ensure high booking and servicing success rates
- →Measure and analyze insights from product changes
- →Work with customer support to collect and respond to user feedback
Requirements
- ✓Specific experience in working with travel-related APIs and booking flows
- ✓Collaboration with team members from all levels of the business
- ✓Experience as a Product Owner in Agile Teams
- ✓Ability to align product opportunities with business goals
- ✓Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL queries
- ✓Personal experience as a traveler
- ✓BS degree or equivalent experience, technical background preferred
