Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role
As a bilingual EMEA Channel Marketing Manager, you will report to the Senior EMEA Channel Marketing Manager and play a critical role in continuing to expand and deepen Keeper’s channel reseller and distribution partner network.
Responsibilities
• Support the execution of integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, partner enablement and revenue growth across Keeper’s channel partner ecosystem
• Collaborate with the channel sales team to implement co-branded campaigns with resellers, distributors and strategic alliances
• Communicate with German or French and English speaking partners, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders, both written and verbal
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of partner marketing assets, including datasheets, email templates, battlecards and campaign kits
• Work closely with the Global Channel Event Marketing Specialist to plan and execute joint events, lunch and learns and webinars with partners
• Assist with the administration of Keeper’s partner portal and ensure localised content is up-to-date, accessible and aligned with go-to-market priorities
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, partner engagement and ROI to inform future strategy and optimization
• Liaise with internal teams (product marketing, digital, creative, sales) to tailor messaging and assets for the channel audience
• Help onboard new partners by supporting enablement initiatives such as welcome kits, training materials and joint launch announcements
• Ensure alignment with channel sales managers to support quarterly goals and provide tactical marketing support as needed
• Maintain a calendar of channel marketing activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity and partner feedback to continuously refine Keeper’s channel marketing approach
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and internationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 2 years focused on channel, partner or field marketing
• Bilingual fluency (English and an additional language - German or French), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategies through channel ecosystems, including resellers, distributors and technology alliances
• Experience working across multiple regions or markets, with an understanding of how to localise content and campaigns effectively
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and partner portals (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Magentrix)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a partner-first mindset
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and partner teams
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and quickly adapt to changes
• Analytical thinker with experience reporting on campaign performance, partner engagement and ROI
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and execution
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS or technology sectors is preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-25% of the time for partner events, industry conferences and summits

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
• You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
• You're hired (transfers to employee records)
