About the position
The Senior People Operations Specialist leads advanced people operations activities, focusing on strategic initiatives in compensation, benefits, HR technology, and analytics. This role drives improvements in people processes and enhances the overall employee experience.
Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and manage complex compensation and benefits programs.
β’ Oversee the payroll process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
β’ Lead the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
β’ Analyze and report on key HR metrics, providing strategic insights.
β’ Develop and refine People policies and procedures.
β’ Mentor and support junior team members in their development.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Extensive experience in HR operations or a related area.
β’ Expertise in HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
β’ Strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, high-level proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
β’ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
β’ In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
β’ Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making.
β’ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
β’ Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.
