About the Role

We are looking for a Software QA Lead to join our team at Keyfactor, a company trusted by over 1,500 organizations globally. This role involves overseeing QA strategy, leading complex test projects, and coordinating efforts between the QA team and cross-functional team members.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and evolve the QA strategy for your product area
→Introduce and take ownership of quality and testing metrics
→Oversee QA activities for major product features
→Coordinate testing efforts between QA team members and cross-functional teams
→Provide guidance to QA team members in best practices and methodologies
→Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases
→Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex defects
→Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
→Ensure that all QA activities are completed on schedule and meet quality benchmarks

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
✓Prior success in a software testing and/or test automation role
✓Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of testing methodologies
✓Ability to lead complex testing efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams
✓Knowledgeable in industry trends in software testing
✓In-depth knowledge of QA processes, test automation, and software development methodologies
✓Fluency in English language, verbal and written
