About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join our team at Keyloop. You will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning objects, working independently and as part of a team to create innovative digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the knowledge and education team to incorporate digital learning elements into courses and plans
- →Develop and design appropriate digital modalities, collaborating with subject matter experts
- →Conduct quality control and testing on all digital learning resources
- →Manage and maintain published content in the Keyloop learning management system
- →Focus on customer needs when making decisions
- →Work closely with subject matter experts and project managers
- →Stay updated with Keyloop’s digital online development standards
- →Review personal performance and development to meet Keyloop’s values
- →Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- ✓Innovative and creative approach to design thinking
- ✓Positive attitude with adaptability in a changing environment
- ✓Strong understanding of eLearning, Video, and Learning Technologies
- ✓Experience with digital development tools (Articulate, SAP EnableNow, Camtasia, LMS systems)
- ✓Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, Translation technology, and Text to speech API
- ✓Understanding of AGILE, SCRUM, and Jira
- ✓Interest in learning development methodologies and technology
- ✓Excellent time and organizational skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- ✓Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
