About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Keyloop, a company that empowers car dealers and manufacturers through digital transformation. This role involves leading engineering teams and managing software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Engage with Product Management to plan new developments
→Ensure compliance with software development and security policies
→Manage backlog grooming and story estimation
→Monitor quality and performance through KPI analysis
→Coordinate team activities and agile ceremonies
→Ensure delivery plans meet committed dates
→Allocate resources for bug-fixing to meet SLA targets
→Improve quality through standard processes and tools
→Provide technical expertise to other departments
→Conduct performance and development reviews
→Define and execute technical training plans
→Facilitate communication to the team
→Conduct interviews for new team members

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✓At least 5 years of management experience in similar roles
✓Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
✓Self-motivated with a change management attitude
✓Strong focus on results, collaboration, people, customers, and accountability
✓Understanding of software engineering processes and delivery requirements
