About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Certification Manager to lead Kin's post-training ramp-up program for new sales agents. This role focuses on coaching new hires to quota readiness through performance management and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement a structured ramp curriculum focused on consultative selling and compliance
- →Lead and develop a team of ramp-stage Sales Agents, setting clear expectations and ramp-to-quota milestones
- →Coach to behaviors and outcomes by managing key sales metrics
- →Conduct readiness evaluations and final certification decisions
- →Establish performance dashboards and operating cadences to monitor cohort progress
- →Partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Product, QA, and Compliance
- →Analyze cohort trends and implement improvements to increase ramp success
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of leadership experience in insurance sales
- ✓Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- ✓Demonstrated success improving sales performance metrics
- ✓Experience building or optimizing structured ramp/onboarding frameworks
- ✓Strong working knowledge of P&C products and regulatory requirements
- ✓Analytical proficiency with CRM reporting and performance tracking
- ✓Clear, confident communication skills
