About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Kinsta, a top-managed WordPress hosting company. This role involves guiding WordPress hosting features from concept to launch, defining and maintaining the product roadmap, and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and maintain the product roadmap for Kinsta’s WordPress hosting offering
- →Drive decisions on what to work on next by balancing input from Technology teams, other departments, and customer needs
- →Define problems, scope, and trade-offs clearly so teams can focus on building the right things
- →Work closely with Engineering, Development, and Product Design to support delivery of the defined solutions
- →Keep stakeholders informed by clearly explaining priorities, progress, risks, and decisions
- →Define, implement, track and report product metrics to understand impact and guide future decisions
Requirements
- ✓Experience shaping, prioritizing, and maintaining a product roadmap
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role (Product Manager or Project Manager)
- ✓Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience working with product metrics and analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel)
- ✓Excellent English speaking and communication skills
- ✓Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills
- ✓Fast learner to understand new problem spaces, complex systems, and user needs
