About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join Kiss My Apps, a platform that combines 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products with over 100 million users. This role focuses on creating and scaling creative content for paid social channels to drive user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- βSystematically work with creatives for user acquisition in paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- βConduct creative and competitive research: market analysis, trends, best practices, and audience behavior
- βFormulate and prioritize creative hypotheses based on data and previous test results
- βDevelop concepts for performance campaigns (video, static formats, messages, hooks)
- βPrepare structured briefs for designers and production and support creatives to the final result
- βLaunch creatives with the User Acquisition team and ensure quick time-to-market
- βAnalyze test results (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS) and initiate iterations
- βFacilitate brainstorming sessions and interact with Design, UA, and Growth teams to achieve common goals
Requirements
- βExperience creating creatives or creative concepts for digital/performance channels
- βUnderstanding of paid social principles (Meta, TikTok): formats, hooks, messages, platform specifics
- βExperience conducting creative and competitive research
- βAbility to create clear and structured briefs for designers and production
- βUnderstanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and ability to work with data
- βSystematic approach, proactivity, and result orientation
- βEnglish language β Intermediate+
