About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join Kiss My Apps, a platform that combines 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products with over 100 million users. This role involves leading the development of one of our AI-driven applications in a rapidly growing market, with full ownership of product results from strategy to growth channel scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine product and growth strategies for scaling the product
- βIdentify and stabilize product unit economics: pricing, paywall, retention, acquisition, and key product metrics
- βBuild a systematic process for product experiments to grow revenue and scale the product
- βManage the product team and set clear product development goals
- βWork closely with marketing to scale traffic acquisition (Meta, CPA networks, and other channels)
- βMake key product decisions: strategy, positioning, monetization, roadmap, and team development
Requirements
- βExperience with mobile applications and understanding of the mobile market specifics
- βPractical experience in product scaling or launching new products with measurable growth results
- βStrong expertise in product analytics and unit economics
- βUnderstanding of performance marketing and experience with paid traffic channels (Meta, CPA networks, etc.)
- βExperience with subscription monetization models
