About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Motion Designer to join our rapidly growing Health&Fitness market. This role offers more than just task executionβyou'll have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life, work in a marketing team with full analytics, participate in brainstorming sessions, and create video creatives that attract attention and have viral potential.
Key Responsibilities
- βCreate video creatives for Meta performance campaigns.
- βCreate statistical creatives (20% of tasks).
- βImplement templates, automations, and AI tools in production.
- βCollaborate with marketers and the creative team to generate ideas and improve metrics.
Requirements
- βExperience in motion design for digital marketing.
- βExperience with AI tools in design, proficient with most new tools (Veo3, Kling, Higgsfield, etc.).
- βProficiency with Adobe suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- βExperience with Figma.
- βUnderstanding of marketing metrics and performance analytics principles.
