About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Germany. This role focuses on building and expanding customer relationships in the Mid-Market+ segment.

Requirements
- ✓Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
- ✓At least 5 years of experience achieving net new revenue quotas and consistent top performance in selling MarTech/Marketing Automation/SaaS solutions for customer data platforms in the German market
- ✓Deep understanding of the E-Commerce/Retail/D2C brand ecosystem in Germany
- ✓Experience selling to C-Suite and Marketing personas with solid knowledge of E-Commerce/Retail/Brands
- ✓Experience working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Highly motivated and driven to exceed goals
- ✓Resilient and views failures as opportunities for improvement
- ✓Strong growth mindset with a constant focus on optimization
- ✓Skilled at influencing and building relationships
- ✓Ability to transform workflows by integrating AI and building smarter systems
- ✓Team-oriented, attentive, committed, and supportive
