About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our NewCo ENTR (Entrepreneur) team at Klaviyo. This role involves helping fast-growing online stores unlock their potential and scale faster while connecting deeper with their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle from discovery and demo to negotiation and close with ecommerce entrepreneurs and operators.
- →Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and develop strategies for sustained success.
- →Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working.
- →Serve as a consultative partner and product expert, positioning Klaviyo as a growth driver for online brands.
- →Collaborate across the team to support peers, share best practices, and build a winning sales culture.
- →Mentor and guide new team members, contributing to team ramp and excellence.
- →Step into strategic projects or stretch roles that accelerate your learning and impact.
Requirements
- ✓1-2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in martech or ecommerce-focused solutions.
- ✓Comfortable selling to founders, CMOs, and ecommerce leaders, especially those in DTC, retail, or digitally native verticals.
- ✓Experience with AI in work or personal projects and excitement to explore new AI tools and workflows.
- ✓Motivation to help creators succeed and exceed personal goals.
