About the Role

We are looking for Italian-fluent Product Experts to join Klaviyo's growing team in Dublin. This role is critical to our success, providing exceptional support to EMEA customers scaling their businesses with Klaviyo.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
→Provide high-quality product support through email and live chat
→Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
→Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated complaints
→Provide guidance on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup questions
→Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
→Transform workflows by implementing AI solutions

Requirements

✓Fluent English and Italian language skills (written and spoken)
✓Ability to work weekends (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shifts)
✓1+ years experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with software/SaaS troubleshooting
✓Experience with AI tools and workflows
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✓Flexibility for varied shifts
✓Collaborative mindset
✓Full authorization to work in Ireland
