About the Role

We are looking for a Product Expert (Customer Support Specialist) to join Klaviyo. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to customers who are scaling their businesses with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
→Provide high-quality product support for Klaviyo customers through email, chat, and phone
→Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical end users
→Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints
→Provide support and guidance on non-technical questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup
→Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
→Transform workflows by implementing AI solutions

Requirements

✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Passionate about creative problem solving for customers
✓Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
✓Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce
✓Knowledge of web works, networking, software products, DNS, IPs, and APIs
✓Familiarity with email marketing platforms and e-commerce platforms
✓Experience with Klaviyo product and completion of Product Certification is a plus
✓Experience with AI in work or personal projects
