About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to coach and facilitate high-performing engineering teams focused on innovative, real-time Computer Vision and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary servant leader for one or more cross-functional teams, coaching them in Agile principles, empirical process control, and self-organization to maximize flow and delivery.
- →Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) efficiently, ensuring clear outcomes, minimal waste, and strong team engagement.
- →Actively identify, track, and remove organizational and technical impediments that block team progress, protecting the team from external distractions.
- →Drive team-level metrics collection and analysis (e.g., burn-down, velocity, cycle time, predictability) to promote continuous improvement and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- →Work with Engineering or Product Owners to manage unique dependencies related to specialized technology like NVIDIA GPUs and the DeepStream SDK, ensuring hardware availability and specialized environment setups do not become bottlenecks.
- →Facilitate discussions around the integration challenges of high-speed data streams and real-time processing, helping the team break down features related to Trident storage or edge-to-cloud data integrity.
- →Understand the technical debt risks associated with tightly coupled hardware/software development and guide the team in prioritizing debt reduction alongside feature delivery.
- →Help the Product Owner manage the complexity of the backlog where requirements are tied to specific hardware capabilities or performance benchmarks.
- →Communicate transparently with stakeholders, product managers, and senior leadership regarding team status, risks, and forecasting, translating technical challenges into business impact.
- →Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Leads to address dependencies, synchronize efforts, and optimize the flow of value across multiple teams in a Scaled Agile environment (if applicable).
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- ✓Experience coaching engineering teams in self-organization and empirical process control
- ✓Strong understanding of metrics collection and analysis for continuous improvement
- ✓Ability to manage technical impediments related to specialized hardware and frameworks
- ✓Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and DeepStream SDK preferred
- ✓Strong communication skills to translate technical challenges to business impact
- ✓Experience working with high-speed data streams and real-time processing systems
