About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including requirement gathering with Hiring Managers, hiring planning, candidate sourcing, coordinating selection activities, monitoring hiring progress, and handling the offer process through to candidate onboarding
- →Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
- →Manage and develop relationships with external recruitment vendors/partners, including headhunters and staffing agencies
- →Coordinate with vendors on candidate submissions, screening alignment, and recruitment progress
- →Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and compliance with agreed terms
- →Handle candidates from offer stage through onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process
- →Coordinate with internal teams to process vendor payments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with agreed commercial terms
- →Participate in team bonding, team building, and sharing activities
