About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Business Partner to support our HQ teams. This role serves as a strategic HR partner, driving people strategies and programs that elevate employee experience and align with business objectives. You will be integrated into client group operations and manage the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with client groups to understand team dynamics, business goals, and organizational challenges
- →Provide HR coaching and thought leadership on talent planning, workforce planning, and organizational design
- →Support hiring managers through onboarding frameworks for new hires
- →Manage employee relations matters end-to-end including investigations, documentation, and resolution
- →Guide leaders through performance management cycles, coaching, development planning, and succession strategies
- →Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps, growth opportunities, and development pathways
- →Partner on DEI, culture, and employee engagement initiatives to foster belonging and connection
- →Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
- →Support and deploy strategic People initiatives across the organization
- →Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and elevate employee experience
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or combination of education and relevant experience
- ✓Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
- ✓Experience supporting HQ teams and working directly with senior leaders
- ✓Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws is an asset
- ✓Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into strategic People initiatives
- ✓Experience managing complex employee relations cases with autonomy and sound judgment
- ✓Proven track record of coaching leaders and supporting high-performance cultures
