About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at KnowBe4, the global leader in Human Risk Management. In this role, you will bridge the gap between what prospects need and what our product delivers, turning technical features into clear business value during every sales conversation.

Key Responsibilities

→Support sales reps in clear, engaging product demonstrations
→Partner with sales representatives to answer technical questions and address concerns
→Lead structured proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate our solution's impact
→Participate in sales calls to identify technical pain points and understand customer environments
→Troubleshoot and research basic technical issues during the sales process
→Support Account Executives by understanding sales strategies and contributing technical perspectives
→Actively participate in training sessions to build expertise in our product and cybersecurity landscape

Requirements

✓1+ year of presales experience or equivalent combination of technical and sales experience
✓Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity or related fields
✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
✓Natural organization and follow-through; ability to manage multiple customer engagements
✓Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
