About the Role
We are looking for our first US-based Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers from first sales call through successful implementation. This builder role will help establish our US solutions team and shape how we work with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the technical sales cycle, leading discovery and demos
- →Drive implementations to go-live, building implementation plans and troubleshooting API issues
- →Build the technical toolkit, creating demo environments, code samples, and documentation
- →Scale the US solutions function by documenting repeatable playbooks
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company
- ✓Hands-on experience with APIs, including reading documentation and writing sample code
- ✓Track record working complex deals with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and building things from scratch
