About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at Kong Inc. This high-impact role involves working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience and drive accuracy and efficiency in our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take the lead on communicating with and scheduling candidates for interviewing across multiple roles and locations
- →Work directly with recruiters to provide an exceptional candidate experience
- →Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system
- →Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts
- →Support additional recruiting activities and events
Requirements
- ✓At least one year as a coordinator or in a recruiting/HR function with emphasis on scheduling
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Desire to learn the talent acquisition space
- ✓Working knowledge of local labor laws
- ✓Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR technologies
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Excitement about being part of a fast-paced team with ambitious hiring goals
