About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join our team at Kong Inc. This role focuses on talent discovery and pipeline development for technical, go-to-market, and business roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead proactive sourcing strategies across multiple roles including engineering, product, sales, and technical enablement.
- →Build deep talent pipelines of passive candidates using advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche forums, communities, and alternative outreach channels.
- →Execute personalized, compelling outreach that captures interest and converts passive talent into engaged candidates.
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role nuances and ideal candidate profiles.
- →Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics that measure pipeline health, engagement success, and overall impact.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of dedicated sourcing experience in a high-growth or technical environment.
- ✓Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean techniques.
- ✓Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- ✓Excellent communicator with strong outreach and networking capabilities.
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple search priorities with a bias for results.
