About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and onboard top IT and non-IT talents. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines, and sourcing candidates from various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source potential candidates from various online channels
- →Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- →Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- →Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- →Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- →Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- →Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- →Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
- ✓Experience recruiting/sourcing for IT and technical roles (e.g. software engineers, DevOps, QA, data, product, etc.)
- ✓Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment metrics
- ✓Fluency in English (spoken and written)
