Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain the core customer product at Kota, including both employer and employee-facing UIs
- →Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to ship new features and improvements
- →Shape frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability
- →Build reusable components and patterns for scalability
- →Ensure a top-notch user experience that is fast, intuitive, and accessible
- →Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and debugging production issues
- →Own code from development to production, including performance and error handling
Requirements
- ✓6+ years building modern web apps using React and frameworks like Remix, React Router, or similar
- ✓Experience building production apps with strong attention to UI quality and performance
- ✓Great taste in design and UX, with care for layout, responsiveness, and polish
- ✓Comfortable in fast-moving teams with ambiguity and responsibility
- ✓Ability to make decisions, lead architecture, and advocate for best practices
- ✓Experience owning features end-to-end, including rollout and support
