We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead to lead the end‑to‑end technical design and delivery of complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. In this senior, hands‑on role, you will set the technical direction for engagements, shape solution architecture, and guide development teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and upgrade‑ready. This role also involves mentoring consultants, assuring delivery governance, and driving technical excellence across projects.
Your opportunity 
Technical Leadership & Solution Ownership
• Own the end‑to‑end technical architecture and solution design across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements.
• Lead technical decision‑making, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and platform best practices.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership across all phases of delivery, including build, integration, and release.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex design, architecture, or delivery challenges.Delivery & Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor technical consultants and developers, setting coding standards and clear delivery expectations.
• Review and assure the quality of technical designs, configurations, and custom code.
• Drive high‑quality engineering practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore technical teams to deliver solutions on time, to quality, and to agreed standards.Platform & Engineering Expertise
• Design and deliver advanced Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, and Customer Insights (Journeys and Data).
• Lead development across the Power Platform, including model‑driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Architect and implement enterprise integrations using plugins, JavaScript, Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Oversee complex, enterprise‑grade data migration and integration scenarios, ensuring robustness and data integrity.Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and design sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and delivery plans.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, clearly articulating risks, trade‑offs, and recommendations.
• Support presales activities, including solution shaping, effort estimation, and technical input into proposals.Quality, Risk & Governance
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and upgrade‑ready.
• Proactively identify technical risks and drive effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and continuous improvement across the practice.Key Skills and Experience
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Lead role.
• Strong track record of leading complex, multi‑stream Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience working in consulting or large‑scale enterprise delivery environments.Technical Expertise
• Deep, hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE architecture and extensibility.
• Advanced Power Platform expertise, including Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Strong integration and custom development experience across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, automated builds, and release pipelines.Leadership & Consulting Skills
