About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our AI Service Division at KRAFTON. This role focuses on pioneering the integration of AI technology with game engines, creating unforgettable worlds for fans across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement AI Agent-based development and architecture
→Utilize AI Coding Agents (Cursor, Devin, etc.) for 100% agent-based development
→Lead the entire development process from implementation to test code writing by clearly conveying context and requirements to AI
→Verify the quality of generated code, check for security issues, and optimize architecture
→Develop and optimize AI inference modules within games
→Develop Unreal Engine-based AI model inference (Inference) modules in plugin form
→Optimize and deploy AI features to function without performance degradation in game production environments
→Build pipelines to port research results from Python environment to Unreal Engine (using AI tools)
→Develop productivity improvement tools and frameworks
→Design and implement foundational frameworks for easily and quickly integrating AI Agents into Unreal Engine
→Develop internal tools and enhance CI/CD environments to improve development efficiency

Requirements

✓Experience with AI-Assisted Development (top priority): Experience using LLM and AI agent tools (Cursor, Copilot Workspace, Claude, etc.) to implement complex functions from start to finish
✓Solid knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: Ability to immediately identify and fix logical errors, memory leaks, and performance issues in AI-generated code
✓Understanding of Modern C++ architecture: Deep language proficiency to review AI-generated C++ code and refactor it to match Unreal Engine's structure
✓Unreal Engine development experience: Experience in UE4/UE5 environments and understanding of engine structure (Garbage Collection, Reflection, etc.)
