About the Role
We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team at KRAFTON HQ. This role combines hands-on experience in recruitment operations with the opportunity to participate in improving TA processes using AI and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates via email and phone
- →Monitor online interviews and respond to issues as they arise
- →Greet candidates during offline interviews
- →Support recruitment operations including job posting channel management and onboarding preparations
- →Participate in TA team process improvement projects using AI and automation tools
- →Develop ideas for improving the use of recruitment data (resumes, job descriptions, interview data)
- →Test and improve automation features connected with internal ATS (Greenhouse) and collaboration tools (Slack, SharePoint)
Requirements
- ✓Enrolled student with at least 4 semesters completed (3rd year or higher preferred)
- ✓Available for full-time work during semester
- ✓Experience in recruitment, operations, or project management through school or outside activities
- ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic document creation tools
- ✓Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- ✓Preferred: Experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT) or automation tools
- ✓Preferred: Experience with Google Sheets, App Script, Power Automate
- ✓Preferred: HR or operations internship experience
- ✓Preferred: Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace)
- ✓Preferred: English communication ability (email/reading focus)
