About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter/Content Designer to join our team at Kraken. This role focuses on crafting high-impact copy for retail app users, simplifying complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, concise, and compelling language.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop high-impact copy for retail app features, onboarding flows, in-app messaging, product launches, email campaigns, push notifications, social content, and lifecycle marketing
- →Partner closely with product, design, growth, and marketing teams to create user-centric copy that boosts engagement, retention, and conversion
- →Iterate on performance-driven copy through A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization
- →Leverage AI tools and build scalable systems to empower diverse, distributed teams to self-serve high-quality copy
- →Uphold Kraken’s brand voice: trustworthy, innovative, approachable, and authoritative
- →Contribute to storytelling that positions Kraken as the go-to platform for retail users
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, or performance marketing
- ✓Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into concise, accurate, and engaging copy
- ✓Strong results in conversion and user-focused copywriting with a track record of improving key metrics
- ✓Genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for crypto, blockchain, and financial technology
- ✓Experience with AI-assisted writing tools and designing systems for self-service copy creation
- ✓Excel in a fast-paced, remote environment with tight deadlines and rigorous attention to detail
