What you'll do:
•
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products within the Vertically Integrated product group.
•
Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions.
•
Translate insights from real-world utilities into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
•
Develop, prioritize, and execute your product roadmap, ensuring we deliver required outcomes, within the timelines agreed to, while also building a flexible experience within our core application.
•
Drive standard frameworks and strategy for compliance topics across various product teams, ensuring alignment without constraining team autonomy.
•
Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product implications and client-facing narratives, supporting sales, delivery, and client trust.
•
Contribute to evolving internal compliance best practices and frameworks, helping teams navigate regulatory requirements through a product-led lens.
•
Work closely with engineering to build, test, and refine products.
•
Drive a best-in-class user experience
What you'll have:
•
7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software with experience in the utility industry
•
Ability to translate between regulatory, technical, and business perspectives, simplifying complex product and compliance concepts into actionable product decisions
•
You’re a systems thinker who can connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows into coherent, scalable products.
•
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and data science
•
You’re adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working on a high-level product strategy or rolling up your sleeves to execute.
•
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics.
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, balancing technical and business needs.
•
Comfort engaging with clients during sales, discovery, and delivery,
•
Experience influencing without direct authority, guiding teams on complex topics through clarity and strong reasoning
•
Passion for customer experience, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and empathy.
• Familiarity with cross-product compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC2, NIS, GDPR) and their application in a product-led environment.

• The salary range for this senior position in NYC ranges on average from $160,000 - $215,000 depending on relevant experience, role alignment, and expertise demonstrated throughout the interview process. While the full salary range is listed, not all candidates will be placed at the top of the range—this will be determined by the overall fit for the position. If you have questions about this, just ask! Our recruiters are happy to provide more context. We can also offer potential remote flexibility for candidates in the North East for our Principal level positions.
