🔎 Role Overview We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, refine, and optimize prompt strategies for LLM-based agents in healthcare. This role will focus on building effective conversational flows, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving innovation in AI-powered member and provider support.
🔧 Key Responsibilities Develop and iterate on prompt strategies for #LLM-based agents Ensure prompts are contextually accurate, domain-specific, and user-focused Collaborate with healthcare SMEs, developers, and product teams Analyze chatbot performance and refine strategies using feedback & analytics Maintain prompt libraries and documentation for #healthcare use cases Ensure compliance with #HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to enhance chatbot interactions
🎓 Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, #Linguistics, #AIML, or related field 2+ years working with #LLMs, #prompt engineering, and tuning techniques Experience with #IBMWatson, #Google_Dialogflow, #VertexAI Strong understanding of #healthcare terminology and workflows Proficiency in #Python & #Git Excellent communication and analytical skills
🌟 Preferred Skills Experience with #Agentic_AI architectures & multi-agent orchestration Knowledge of #RAG & #vector databases Background in #healthcare provider/payer environments Familiarity with #HIPAA / #HITECH frameworks Experience with #chatbot analytics & UX testing tools Programming: #Python, #JavaScript / #TypeScript, #NodeJS, #Java, #Go / #Kotlin
