About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and drive KTO’s talent acquisition function across multiple locations. This role will partner with business leaders to define and execute hiring strategies that support company growth and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition priorities and hiring execution.
- →Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- →Lead the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function, focusing on high-quality hiring outcomes.
- →Optimize recruitment infrastructure, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- →Design and deliver training for hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
- →Ensure Talent Acquisition vision aligns with company objectives across all locations.
- →Lead employer branding and diversity sourcing initiatives in partnership with marketing teams.
- →Drive recruitment marketing activities, including careers site development and social media oversight.
- →Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers using data and market insights.
- →Manage cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects across multiple geographies.
- →Monitor and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs.
- →Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition practices.
- →Partner with the Head of HR to support budget management.
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with strategic and operational responsibility in an international environment.
- ✓Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising hiring managers.
- ✓Demonstrated success in leading Talent Acquisition transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- ✓Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and diversity sourcing strategies.
- ✓Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- ✓Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple geographies.
- ✓Strong knowledge of labour market trends and Talent Acquisition best practices.
- ✓Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- ✓Strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and problem-solving capability.
- ✓Experience in budget planning or management within Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
